Pipa is a soft neutral variegated thread made from 100% natural mulberry silk, one of the finest silk fibers available. Its cream, warm beige, taupe, soft brown, grey, and deep charcoal tones create a gentle, meaningful shade with depth, softness, and natural character.
Pipa is a very special colorway, created in memory of Pipa, our foster dog who became family. Its cream, warm beige, taupe, soft brown, grey, and deep charcoal tones are inspired by the natural colors of her coat.
Pipa came to us for a short stay, but we could never let her go.
She had been neglected, abandoned while ill, and returned to the shelter several times because of her diabetes and the extra care she needed. In December 2021, she also became blind due to diabetic cataracts.
But Pipa never gave up. She was determined to be happy, no matter what. She kept her faith in people and taught us every day what resilience and love truly mean.
